As a customer-focused retailer, Walgreens encourages the use of coupons by our customers in our retail stores, in accordance with our Coupon Policy Guidelines. These guidelines include information from Sale Items, Multiple Coupons, Buy One, Get One Free Coupons, Internet/Print at Home Coupons, Earning Register Rewards TM , and Redeeming Register Rewards TM .

Yes. Manufacturer coupons available for a product will be available to clip directly from the product page.

It depends. If the coupon codes you're applying are for different products (e.g. one code for 15% off fragrances and one code for $20 off contact lenses), then the shopping cart will accept multiple coupon codes. However, if the coupon codes are for the same product (e.g. one code for $20 off contacts and one code for 15% off contacts) and/or stacked on top of a site-wide promo (e.g. one code for 15% off Walgreens brand vitamins and one code for $10 off a $50 purchase), the shopping cart will not accept multiple coupon codes.

Paperless Coupons

Walgreens Paperless Coupons are electronic coupons that you can clip directly to your myWalgreens account. You can save offers directly to your myWalgreens account from your mobile phone using the Walgreens app or at walgreens.com/coupons from your computer. These digital coupons are automatically applied in-store, at checkout, when you use your myWalgreens account, enter your phone number, or have the sales associate scan your phone through the Walgreens mobile app. Full coupon policies can be found here.

Yes, you must have a myWalgreens account in order to use Paperless Coupons. If you do not have one, you can sign up here.

Once you are logged into your myWalgreens account, please visit Walgreens offers page at walgreens.com/coupons. Here, you will find several coupon offers for you to browse through and search. Simply click on the Clip to Card button to add a particular offer to your account. You can search by keyword in the box at the top right of the page. You can also clip directly from the online version of the Weekly Ad. After navigating to the Weekly Ad (by clicking the link at the top of any page on Walgreens.com or the link on the left side of the Paperless Coupons page) hover over the coupon you would like to clip and click the Clip to Card button.

On the Paperless Coupons homepage, you can view a list of all the coupons that are currently clipped to your myWalgreens account by clicking on the clipped coupons button. You can also see coupons soon to expire and redeemed coupons by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

Click on clipped coupons. This will give you a list of the active coupons that you have clipped. You can remove a coupon from your account by clicking the unclip button at the lower right corner of the product description. Once a coupon is unclipped, it can no longer be clipped, so unclip with caution. Coupons that have been added to your myWalgreens account will be automatically applied at the cash register and removed from the account. Expired coupons that were clipped to your account will be removed from your account when the expiration date passes. The expiration date will be shown at the top of the product description. Coupons expire at 11:59 P.M. in the time zone of the store where they are redeemed.

Yes, you will see a warning message at the top of the Paperless Coupons homepage when you are approaching the clipped coupon limit.

Please ensure you have read the offer purchase requirements carefully to ensure the brand, quantity, size, and price match with the item you are trying to purchase. If everything matches and you are still having trouble redeeming the coupon, please contact Walgreens.com Customer Service at 1-877-250-5823 with the product description and UPC product barcode number. NOTE: National manufacturer coupons will only be available for online redemption in Puerto Rico stores.

Each coupon is allowed to be redeemed once. Once it is redeemed, the coupon will be removed from your clipped coupons list and move into the redeemed coupons section. NOTE: Single use coupons can be redeemed only once, either digital or paper, but not both.

  1. Select the Weekly Ad & Coupons icon from the home screen of the Walgreens app.
  2. Select Start Clipping from the Weekly Ad & Coupon page.
  3. Available coupons will display on the next screen. Click Clip under the offer to add it to your myWalgreens account. You may also click on the offer to display coupon details and then clip the offer from the next screen.
Yes. Paperless manufacturer coupons can be used on ship to you orders. Yes. You can use a promo code and manufacturer coupon on the same order or item.

Text2Clip allows myWalgreens members to text a keyword to 41456 to receive paperless coupons related to that keyword. The coupons will automatically be clipped to your account and redeemed at checkout.

You either have multiple myWalgreens accounts that we are unable to identify or we cannot find your account. Customer Service can help to ensure you have one valid account.

Click on the link that is provided in the text message that you receive back from Walgreens.

Check the coupon details or click on the shop link for that coupon to see a list of eligible products.

At checkout just use your phone number that is linked to your myWalgreens account and the coupons will be automatically applied.

If you place an order on Walgreens.com using the account that is linked to your myWalgreens account the coupons will automatically apply.

If you text the same keyword more than 4 times your phone number will be suspended for 12 hours. Please try again after 12 hours has passed.

At this time you can only clip manufacturer coupons and coupons from the monthly savings book. The weekly ad coupons will be added at a later date. You can clip the weekly ad coupons online or on the mobile app.

If your item is out of stock and you don’t want us to substitute an item, or one is unavailable, we’ll return the coupon and it will reappear in your clipped coupons.

If your order is canceled for any reason, we’ll return all applied coupons back to your clipped coupons. We can’t return promo codes at this time.

We will refund the amount that you paid for the item plus the value of the coupon. The coupon itself will not be returned.
